On the A ONE PREMIUM CONTENTS platform, operated by A ONE Institute, various payment methods are available for membership fees. Once a payment for an membership is processed, the membership is considered to have been provided to the user, and thus, no refunds are typically available. However, we have implemented the following exceptions to this policy:

  • 48-Hour Refund Window: If a user requests a refund within 48 hours of making a payment and has not commenced the provided test, A ONE Institute is obligated to process the refund. This allows users a brief period to reconsider their purchase under specific conditions.
